a. Applicable Regulations
Bill Beauty & Health Products Ltd. was established in city of Toronto, Canada. We make no representation that the content on our web site is appropriate or available for use in other countries, and access to them from territories where their content is illegal prohibited. Those who choose to access our web site from other countries do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Any claim relating to our web site, the services provided through our web site or the content of our web site are to be governed by the laws of Canada.
b. Damaged Merchandises
If you receive damaged merchandise, please inform us within 7 business days. We may issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise after approval by one of our customer service coordinators. Other returns are not accepted.
Conditions
a. Applicable Taxes
The shipping fee in your shopping cart is an accessed delivery charge of the handling fee. It does not include any additional fees that may be charged by your local post office or customs office. Your local customs office may occasionally take a sample and charge an inspection fee. Hence, the buyer is responsible for any applicable Canadian taxes and any additional charges from the local customs office.
b. Shipping Restrictions
1. We are not responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other regulations administered in countries outside of Canada.
2. Laws are different in every country. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. It is the customer's responsibility to check with the Customs office for prohibited items to import from the product list.
3. We will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in its original condition and packaging. A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged on such returns where it is rejected by customs and deemed as “illegal?or “unclaimed? Customer is responsible for shipment fees for product exchanges and items rejected by customs.
4. Prepayment is required. Please choose a proper method from Payment Options to purchase your favorite products.
5. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.
We strive to provide consistent pricing and shipping rates; however, prices and shipping rates are subjected to change without notice.
